T.E.E.N.
(Theatre Educating and Entertaining Now)
Spotlight T.E.E.N. is dedicated bringing issue-oriented, topically relevant productions to a 12 to 18 year-old audience. Productions are age-appropriate and topically relevant and highlight issues all young people deal with on a day-to-day basis. Shows are developed from interviews with teens in the Missouri DYS program, all of whom have received training in voice, movement and acting from some of St. Louis' most prolific actors.

NEW IN 2009: FaLLeN
FaLLeN is the story of three young women in an afterschool detention. Written in iambic pentameter and using the Three Graces from Greek mythology as a framework, FaLLeN examines how the home lives of these young women directly informs their behavior at school, thus the detention. Joy is hard to reach after so much verbal and emotional abuse. Thalia is a bully, but only because she was unable to protect a friend from a gang shooting. Akela is physically abused in the home.
